The level 4 class is for gymnasts who are showing potential through recreational gymnastics and have completed the sapphire section of the National Gymnastics Awards Programme and working to achieve the Ruby section. Those that are in this group must be willing to work towards competitions as they will be given the opportunity to compete at novice competitions. The sessions will be 2 sessions a week lasting 2 hours long. These gymnasts will be required to participate in both sessions in order to have a place in this group. The sessions allows for advanced recreational skills to be achieved as well as extra time for strength, fitness and flexibility training to be incorporated.
